We use the LANGDALE VALLEY as our main case study as it features both erosional and depositional landforms in a concentrated area.
There is the Great and Little Langdale Valley and other valleys nearby.
I use a small leaflet called 'The Story of Great Langdale', which is published by The National Trust. It was obtained from a coin operated machine at the bottom of Dungeon Ghyll next to the hotel of the same name.
The Great Langdale Valley is connected to the Little Langdale Valley by a diffluence.
