THEME PARK e.g. Disneyland Paris, Alton Towers, Lightwater Valley, Thorpe Park

NATIONAL PARK e.g. Norfolk Broads, Peak District, Lake District

A PUBLIC PARK e.g. the Walks (King's Lynn)

Decide which of the 3 parks most closely matches these statements which describe activities and characteristics. In some cases, there may be more than 1 of the parks:

• Charge a fee to get in
• Charge a fee to park your car
• Provide a habitat for wildlife
• Have activities for small children
• Provide a full family day out
• Be within walking distance of your house
• Have a McDonalds or similar fast food outlet
• Have well kept environments
• Suffer from vandalism
• Be somewhere that people only go too occasionally
• Attract people from a wide area
• Be owned by lots of different people
• Annoy local residents
• Employ people to look after the park
• Be advertised on TV and in magazines
