A YPG piece of work will:
· be constructed through a variety of conversations. These will include conversations within and between teachers, young people, teacher educators, academic geographers
· include young people’s everyday experiences
· extend the way that young people are involved in curriculum construction
· emphasise dialogic pedagogies
· enable young people to use their capacity to think geographically within their everyday experiences
· value geography as a framework(specialist subject knowledge)to develop
